March 2024 Reading List

I got nostalgic this month, dipping back into some old favorites as well as some new easy reads. I grew up reading the Alfred Hitchcock and the Three Investigators books and I've been slowly collecting them as an adult (they're a pain in the ass to find cheaply and in good condition). Because I'm gearing up to start painting again, I added a bunch of art or art-inspired books to my list this month in order to get the juices flowing before I pick up a single brush or can of spray paint.

In April, I'm doing my first of several literary events for the year. We're kicking things off at my absolute favorite bar in Kansas City, a literary-themed joint called Afterword. Located in the Crossroads just south of downtown, the vibe is absolutely immaculate and I go in often to drink and work on new pieces these days.

Afterword Tavern & Shelves

1834 Grand Blvd, KCMO, 64108

Saturday, April 13th.

1pm to 3pm

No cover, no reading, just me at a table signing books and chatting people up, so if you're in the area and you're interested, roll through and feel free to ask me anything about any of my books.
